About the role:
The successful individual will be responsible for leading the Marketing and Communications function through effective execution of strategy and plans across a range of media and channels. You will be managing the Marketing and Communications team to meet department objectives and ensure high quality delivery of output and results. Multifunctional Trainer

APM has a new exciting opportunity for an experience Multifunctional Trainer to join our team. You will be supporting the Customer Development, by providing a full Learning and Development service to customers as determine by internal and external contractual and development requirements. You will be required to seek out and identify areas for continuous improvement through creativity and flexibility.
 
About Role:
 
Reporting to the Business Manager, the role will focus on assist in planning, delivery and evaluation of training projects and training on a one-to-one and group basis. You will support customers in job search, job matching and sustainability of employment by delivering development sessions. This role would require you to maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders. You would have to ensure effective tracking of customer attendance and progression for taking part in caseload reviews with the appropriate Business Manager.
 
About you:

About the role:
The focus of this role is to coordinate and deliver NCS graduate activity in line with APM’s strategy in the WM1 (West Midlands) contract area. Full details are contained in the attached job description.

About you:
The successful candidate will be a solid individual and team performer, with a focus on strong motivational, customer service and organisational skills. You will also possess confident interpersonal skills with people at all levels.

Location:
This role is peripatetic across the West Midlands region. Hours: 37.00 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm and Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm with an hour for lunch each day. Some flexibility will be required dependant on client/contract needs.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will work to effectively engage and recruit young people onto the NCS programme account managing schools, colleges, training/community providers, local authorities and key delivery partners in order to plan, facilitate and deliver recruitment and promotional activities to maximise participants onto the NCS programme. You will have the ability to proactively seek and create opportunities to promote the programme whilst delivering events with creativity and enthusiasm.
Strong, professional and effective communication skills are required for this role as you will be required to communicate in a variety of ways including face to face and telephone with young people, parents, schools and various referral sources building a bank of participants onto the programme.
The post holder will have excellent and proven time management and organisation skills to ensure EOI’s are followed through maximising sign ups within agreed timescales and to manage keep warm activity and communications post sign-up.

NCS Wave Leader - Fixed Term Contract

We currently have a number of exciting opportunities for sessional NCS Wave Team Leader in Brighton.

About the Role:

These roles will be to support our Senior Mentors and Mentors and help guide a cohort of 15 to 17-year-olds through the NCS programme, helping ensure they have an experience of a lifetime, learn new skills and become inspired to make a difference in their communities.

You will contribute to making a real difference and to kick start young people’s lives to future success. About the role: To assist National Citizen Service (NCS) staff with delivery of each stage of the programme and to provide support to participants through the delivery of mentoring.

About the Role:
We are pleased to confirm that APM is in the final process stages of tendering for a new contract; Access to Work – Mental Health Support Services.
 
As a result of the tendering process, we now have an opportunity to take expressions of interest for the role of Marketing Manager pending potential contract awards.
 
 We are looking for a dynamic individual to manage and conduct marketing and communications planning, execution and evaluation for our employment business.

Support is also available for young disabled people to enable them to take up an offer of a supported internship and certain other limited instances of unwaged pre-employment activity in a workplace setting.

  • Developing the marketing strategy for the contract in line with contract and company objectives and KPIs
  • Managing working relationships with the existing marketing team and external suppliers

NCS Youth Team Leader

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity to make a real difference and kick start young people’s lives to future success. Do you have any experience working within a youth provision?
 
Responsibilities and Duties
Each programme takes place over 4 weeks, including 2 residential weeks and includes outdoor activities, getting to know the community, volunteering, then designing and implementing a project to make a difference to the community that they live in.
Youth Programme Leaders will support our Senior Mentors and Mentors and help guide a cohort of 15 to 17-year-olds, ensuring they have an experience of a lifetime, learn new skills and become inspired to make a difference in their communities.

About the Role:
You will engage with employers to actively promote APM and our services through forward thinking marketing activities, and account manager existing ones as well as source, attract and select suitable candidates and guide them through the recruitment process.
You will liaise with the Employee Engagement Manager in shaping, developing and implementing a future business strategy and new business pipeline that meets the Skills Growth Plan targets for our key markets. You will target specific businesses in specific sectors to turn sale opportunities into apprenticeship contracts along with completing full skills and training gap analysis.
This is a busy and varied role which will require you to use all of your proven skills and behaviours to provide a robust and dedicated support to clients. Working within a fast-paced, results driven and rewarding environment, no two days will be the same!
The Employer Engagement Consultant will be based at our Newtown office in Birmingham, with the flexibility to travel and support the contract as required.
 
About You
As well as an upbeat, can-do attitude and a passion to succeed, you will be an adept communicator with the ability to influence, persuade and listen to others effectively.
You’ll be someone who has a strong background in sales and can really demonstrate a credible knowledge of labour markets and employer recruitment expectations, coupled with a sound understanding of the Apprenticeship sector. You will achieve KPI’s through sales and engagement activity which include cold calling, conducting face to face meetings, and speculative sales approaches. An enthusiastic ‘go-getter’, you’ll be approachable and adaptable allowing you to really succeed in meeting targets and exceeding them! 

You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills in addition to the relevant job description requirements;

  • Proven sales skills and success
  • Resilience to working under pressure and to deadlines
  • Problem solving and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • High standards of customer service and a professional manner
  • Confident with IT packages, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Sales experience.

Salary:  £26,650
