NCS Refer and Earn

  • All ‘Refer and Earn’ (RAE) payments are subject to tax and national insurance deductions and will be paid via the existing method of salary payment.
  • For any referrals made for temporary roles - such as NCS mentors - you (the referring employee) will receive £50.00 in the next salary payment due to you after your referee’s start date. The referred party will receive £50.00 in their last salary payment.
  • Your referred party must be a successful candidate for you to be eligible for your payment.
  • You must be a current employee of APM to take part in the scheme and you must have successfully completed your own probationary period. If you leave the business or give notice of termination of employment before your friend commences employment or passes their initial probationary period, you will not be eligible to receive any payment/s under the ‘RAE’ scheme.
  • Scheme is valid until 31st July 2019.
  • There is no limit to the amount of referrals you can make.
  • The ‘RAE’ scheme applies to NCS job roles, both seasonal and permanent.
  • Employees who are out of the business due to maternity leave or sickness absence are still eligible to participate in the ‘RAE’ scheme.
  • Referrals cannot be made by way of application from any former employee of APM or existing learners / customers engaged in any APM provision.
  • This scheme is a defined discretionary ‘RAE’ scheme and, as such, is subject to change. Therefore this scheme and eligibility criteria remain in place until further notice.
  • ’RAE’ payments may not be applicable in any circumstance where the discretion of the company is exercised objectively and can be justified.
  • Any manipulation of this scheme will not be tolerated and will be dealt with through normal disciplinary channels (e.g. employees must not act as a ‘recruiter’ for any roles that APM advertise).
  • APM reserve the right to withdraw the ‘RAE’ scheme at any time.
  • By referring an individual you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Employee ‘RAE’ scheme.
