Chief Executive, BeOnsite
Val has over 20 years experience of the construction and property industry.
Since 1996 Val has created partnerships with the public sector to enable over 12,000 local people with barriers to employment access sustainable construction jobs through employer-led training.
In January 2008, Val launched BeOnsite, a Lend Lease founded not-for-profit company, that directly employs and trains previously unemployed local people. BeOnsite consolidates and sustains Lend Lease’s collaborative approach to ensure industry gets the skills it needs and individuals get the best chance to sustain their construction careers, meeting the aspirations of Government and the communities in which we work.
